Greet Mortal Kombat 9, a game that can be rightfully called a reloading of the series! It combines the stories of the previous three chapters starting right where the events of Armageddon ended – we see a battlefield strewn with dead fighters. Only two have survived – Shao Kang and Raidan. Soon the thunder god is also bound to fall, struck down by the hammer of the key villain. However, before that he manages to send an important message to his past self using a magical amulet. Then we are carried several years back – to the beginning of the tournament. Raidan receives his message and starts seeing visions of the future. Having realized the danger, he tries to influence the current events. This way, the narration starts over, but already from a different perspective. This is surely interesting!
During the game, you are about to play for many legendary characters – Sonya Blade, Johny Cage, Jax, Scorpion, Subzero and others. Having tried each of the fighters in battle, you can pick your favorite ones and explore their skills more thoroughly in a special training mode. When you feel ready, set out to the arena and show what you’ve learned to other players! Each character has individual attacks and combos that you can put together into spectacular and effective combinations. Besides, every fighter has a trump down their sleeve – the good old fatality that now looks even more threatening! Aside from tete-a-tete fights, there are also pair battles.
